POND ACTIVITY RESTRICTIONS
Wading, swimming, boating, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises. This rule helps preserve the delicate aquatic environment and ensures the safety and well-being of all visitors.
LEAVE NO TRACE / TRASH PICKUP
We encourage every visitor to practice Leave No Trace principles. Please leave the area in better condition than you found it, and if you encounter any trash or litter, take a moment to pick it up and dispose of it properly. Your efforts are essential in maintaining this recreational area for future generations.
FISHING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
All anglers must possess a valid fishing license as required by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency. It is the sole responsibility of the angler to comply with this regulation. The Church accepts no liability for any individual fishing without a proper license.
RESTRICTED FISHING METHODS
Fishing at our pond is authorized exclusively by rod and reel (angling) under the issued permit. The use of nets, seines, traps, or any alternative fishing methods is strictly prohibited to protect the aquatic ecosystem and promote sustainable fishing practices.
CATCH & RELEASE POLICY
Fishing is limited to catch and release only. No fish may be harvested except on special event days, which will be periodically announced. This policy is in place to ensure the sustainability and long-term health of our fish populations.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By registering for a fishing permit and engaging in fishing activities at our pond, you acknowledge that these activities are undertaken at your own risk. The Church will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your visit.
