At River of Life Church, we are a Spirit-filled community, unafraid of the move of the Holy Spirit. We long for His presence and desire transformational encounters that change hearts, lives, and communities.

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who are spiritually healthy, growing, and full of love (Ephesians 4:16). The River Worship Team exists to support that mission by creatively and passionately declaring the greatness of Jesus, making Him the center of every gathering, and creating an atmosphere where the presence of God is welcome and lives are transformed.

River Worship Team Goals

  • Jesus Is Worthy
    Our mission is rooted in the undeniable truth that Jesus is worthy of all praise and honor. This is the heart of our ministry and our personal lives as followers of Christ.
  • Living Offerings
    Worship extends beyond songs and moments—it is a lifestyle of surrender. Romans 12:1 calls this “living and holy offerings,” and we respond by offering our whole lives in gratitude to Jesus.
  • All Eyes on Jesus
    We believe that Jesus must always be the center. When our focus is fixed on Him, He draws others into His presence.
  • Grateful Hearts
    A posture of gratitude invites God’s presence. Every gathering begins with thankfulness, setting a tone of praise that permeates our worship.
  • Worshippers First
    We are worshippers first, musicians and techs second. This is not a gig — it is a response of the heart to Jesus’ work in our lives. Your gifts are for His glory, not yours. To join River Worship, you must have a personal relationship with Jesus and a heart to serve Him.

We are a united ministry—across Sundays, Upper Room, Youth, Young Adults, Kids, and special events—working together to cultivate environments where people encounter God.
