SPEAKERS

Tammy Waycaster – Keynote Speaker

State Women’s Ministry Director – Tennessee Assembly of God

Tammy Waycaster is a passionate, dynamic, and anointed communicator who shares God’s Word through real-life experiences that empower women to fulfill their destiny in Christ. She has ministered everywhere from women’s penitentiaries to large auditoriums, leaving audiences encouraged, challenged, and deeply touched by God’s presence.

Tammy is an ordained Assemblies of God minister and serves as the State Women’s Ministry Director for the Tennessee A/G Ministry Network. She and her husband Rick co-pastor First Assembly Milan (FAM) in Milan, Tennessee, and are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren.

Ophelia Uke

Author • Speaker • Altar Worker – River of Life Church

A devoted servant of the Lord, Ophelia Uke serves faithfully as an altar worker at River of Life Church in Millington, Tennessee, and is known as a mighty prayer warrior with a tender heart for God’s people. She carries a deep passion to help women see themselves through God’s eyes—not as broken or tainted, but as worthy, whole, and deeply loved.

As an author and speaker, Ophelia uses the stories of Biblical women to reveal God’s unfailing grace, demonstrating that no matter what life brings, His redemption and restoration are always within reach. Through prayer, teaching, and compassionate ministry, Ophelia creates space for healing, freedom, and renewed hope.

Melanie Jones

Author • Board Member • Mom  – River of Life Church

Melanie Jones is a certified Minister with the Assemblies of God and a passionate leader from the Memphis area. She is the proud mother of two grown children, Logan and Caroline, and faithfully serves River of Life Church in many capacities — including Youth Ministry, Community Outreach, the ROL Music Department, Women’s Ministry, and as an active board member.

Melanie is also the voice behind the encouraging faith-based social media platform “Mornings with Mel,” where she shares heartfelt devotionals rooted in Scripture and personal testimony. Her deep love for Jesus and genuine compassion for people shine through everything she does, inspiring others to grow in faith, hope, and purpose.

DeAnna Young

Women’s Ministry Director | Worship Leader | Teacher & Life Coach  – River of Life Church

DeAnna Young is the Women’s Ministry Director and a worship team member at River of Life Church in Millington, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Memphis Urban Theological College (2018) and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, now Nelson University (2021).

DeAnna is a passionate teacher and life coach with a heart for addiction recovery and grief support in the community. She is newly married to her husband, Charles, and together they are blessed with five children and five grandchildren.

Deborah Kirchoff

Administrative Leader | Teacher | Servant of Christ

Deborah Kirchoff serves alongside River of Life Church’s Lead Pastor, Greg Temke, providing faithful support while overseeing key administrative functions. She is the proud mother of two grown children, Victoria and Chandler, and a loving grandmother to Caleb, cherishing every opportunity to spend time with her family.

Her passion for serving others extends far beyond her professional role. Deborah joyfully volunteers throughout the church, teaching Sunday School and contributing to various ministries. Her life reflects the servant-hearted example of Jesus, who came “not to be served, but to serve,” and she strives each day to share God’s love and the message of the Gospel in all she does.

Lisa Hill

Author • Counselor • Ordained Minister  – River of Life Church

Dr. Lisa M. Hill is a Christian counselor, ordained minister, author, teacher, and artist with a doctorate in Christian counseling and decades of ministry experience. Her life’s work is centered on healing and restoration, creating safe and sacred spaces where women can encounter God’s presence and experience lasting transformation.

Through teaching, writing, creative expression, and compassionate pastoral care, Dr. Hill gently leads others toward freedom, helping them uncover God’s heart for their lives. She is deeply passionate about equipping women to live rooted in truth, restored in identity, and courageous in purpose.
